You will need:
- potato;
- salo;
- onion;
- salt;
- spices to taste;
- garlic;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Potatoes need to be washed, peeled, and cut into round slices.
2. Do the same with the onion and cut into rings.
3. Then cut the lard and remove the skin.
4. Mix salt, spices, vegetable oil and dip the vegetables into them, stir, and then thread them onto a skewer one by one – potatoes, lard, onion, and then repeat.
5. Wrap in foil and grill until the potatoes are done. Then remove the foil and cook until the ingredients are browned. Enjoy!
