“Lazy” recipes come in handy when you don’t have time to cook your favorite dishes while following the entire technological process.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook your favorite vareniki.
You will need:
- cottage cheese - 350 g;
- flour - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- butter - 40 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, and mix the resulting mass with salt, sugar, add egg yolks, and mix until smooth.
2. Sift the flour, knead the dough, divide into equal parts, roll each one out to make “sausages” 2.5 cm thick.
3. Cut them into pieces of about 1.5 cm, bring the water to a boil, add salt or sugar to taste and drop the dumplings into the pan a few at a time. They will be ready when they float to the surface.
Serve with butter or sour cream. Enjoy!
