According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , the sauce can be eaten with bread or added to soups, pasta, pelmeni. It is ideal for shashlik, fish, chicken and cutlets.
Let's move on to the ingredients. For the sauce you will need:
- 1 onion;
- 2 hot peppers (green);
- 4 bell peppers;
- 4-6 tomatoes;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro;
- salt – to taste.
All that is required from the cook is to put all the prepared products into a blender and turn them into a homogeneous mass.
Cilantro and salt should be added at the very end.
Let the sauce sit for a while, then fill the jars with it and store in the refrigerator.
Here the dish can be stored for a week without any problems.
