Sugar

Don't use too much sugar: it won't make the pancakes any better. In most cases, they will start to stick to the pan and tear during frying.

Forgot about the oil

For some reason, some people do not add a small amount of vegetable oil to the mixture, although this is a proven method of making pancakes elastic.

Flour shortage

Always evaluate the texture of the prepared dough. If you notice that the dough is too watery, then you do not need to cook it.
