What to do with millet so that it doesn't taste bitter
The first method is to pour boiling water over the millet groats and leave it like that for a few minutes.
But there is another, equally simple and effective method – frying in a pan.
Its advantage is that the fried cereal turns out much tastier.
So, if you decide to try this option, first sort out the millet to remove any debris that may have accidentally gotten in, then pour it into a dry frying pan and, stirring continuously, hold it on the hot surface for 3-5 minutes.
