How to make meatballs
First, mince half a kilo of chicken fillet. Use a meat grinder for this.
Mix the resulting mass with finely chopped onion.
Break one egg into the container with the mixture. Add salt and ground pepper.
Mix thoroughly. Turn the egg-onion-meat mixture into a set of balls (each one should be about the size of a walnut).
Roll each "construction" in flour, place in a baking dish and put in the oven for a quarter of an hour. Temperature - 180 degrees.
Next, remove the container to pour the sauce over the meatballs. The liquid seasoning should consist of the following components: 100 grams of grated cheese, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, 200 milliliters of cream.
Return the pan to the oven for a third of an hour.
