How to make fried donuts with sour cream: airy and aromatic donuts will not leave anyone indifferent

Fried donuts with sour cream are guaranteed to become a favorite treat for your family or family guests.

According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , they are prepared in a matter of minutes, and turn out incredibly soft and tender – even the next day after preparation.

Here's what you need to make the dough for the donuts:

  • 400 g wheat flour;
  • 125 g sour cream;
  • 1 egg;
  • 50 g sugar;
  • 7 g baking powder;
  • 250 g sunflower oil;
  • 1 pinch of vanillin.

First of all, you need to break an egg into a deep container, then add sugar and a little salt and mix everything thoroughly.

Here, in the egg mixture, you need to pour 70 ml of sunflower oil and add sour cream - you can use a product of any fat content.

Now comes the turn of sifted flour, and then baking powder with vanilla. When the homogeneous dough is kneaded, it needs to be laid out on the work surface and rolled out into a layer.

Cut out large circles by pressing down on the dough with a glass, and use a bottle cap to make holes in the center of the blanks.

All that remains is to fry the future donuts in oil heated in a frying pan until golden brown.
