Measure milk correctly
It is difficult to calculate the required volume of milk in spoons, since the sizes of eggs are not universal either. Therefore, standard recommendations may simply not work.
It is better to take a shell and fill it half full. This unit of measurement will be the most successful.
Starch
Many people experiment when making an omelette, so they add flour or semolina. This is a mistake. It is wiser to add starch instead of these components.
Just one pinch will be enough for a decent result.
Instead of a whisk
