Chicken chips will delight lovers of culinary experiments. They combine crispy texture and rich taste of chicken meat.

What is needed for cooking
To make chicken chips you will need the following ingredients.
1. Chicken fillet.
2. Salt.
3. Spices to taste.
4. Olive or vegetable oil.
You should be careful with spices, because their excess can lead to ambiguous consequences.
Preparing chicken fillet
Before cooking, the fillet should be washed well. Then the meat should be dried, for this you can wrap it in a paper towel.
Slicing
Chicken fillet should be cut into thin slices. The thinner the pieces are cut, the crispier the chips will be. They should not be beaten, the cutting should be done with a knife.
Pickling
The marinade plays a key role. The marinade preparation scheme looks like this.
1. In a deep bowl, mix salt, pepper and selected spices.
2. Add a little olive or vegetable oil to help the spices stick to the meat better.
3. Place the chopped chicken fillet in a bowl and mix thoroughly so that each piece is covered with the marinade.
4. Marinate for at least one hour, or longer.
Of course, you can experiment a little with the marinade; imagination and culinary experiments should definitely not be ruled out.
Drying
To make crispy chips, you need to remove excess moisture from the meat. This can be done in several ways:
• in the oven, preheating it to 80 degrees. Drying time in this case is about 3 hours;
• If you have a dehydrator, you can use it. Place the pieces on racks and dry at 70°C for about 4-5 hours.
Some people dry the chips in the open air, the whole process takes several days. What's the point? It's better to cook chicken chips using a proven technology. And to add a little crunch, you can also fry them in a frying pan, using a minimum of oil.
