Those who love to snack on something crispy will surely love the idea of making homemade cheese chips.
The recipe for such a snack was shared with us by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
To make 4 servings of the snack, you will need the following amounts of ingredients:
- 300 g hard cheese,
- 150 g almond flour,
- Salt and spices (dried garlic, turmeric) to taste.
The first thing you need to do is grate the cheese, after which it needs to be melted - in the microwave or in a water bath.
Now all the ingredients can be combined – cheese, flour and spices.
Knead the dough and then roll it out into a thin layer, first placing parchment paper underneath.
Cut the dough into triangles and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake the chips until they are lightly browned – about 10-15 minutes.
