How to Make Stuffed Peppers "With a Secret"
First, pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and add two chopped onions and two grated carrots.
Add a few finely chopped garlic cloves to the vegetable mixture (4-5 pieces will be enough).
The finished frying should be placed in a separate container.
Next, you need to start preparing the mince. Add half of the previously prepared fried vegetable mixture and one chopped tomato to 800 grams of minced meat.
You will get a mixture that you need to stuff the peppers with. If there is any filling left, you can make several "hedgehogs" out of it.
All the ingredients should be placed in a saucepan. In the same dish, add a mixture of 200 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of tomato paste and the second half of the previously prepared frying.
The contents of the container should be filled with a liter of plain water.
