The consistency will be so perfect, and the taste will be so bright, that the gourmet will forget about ordinary cutlets for a long time.

In addition, the dish is prepared much easier and faster than standard belyashi/chebureki.

Recipe for "lazy belyashi"

Place 250 grams of minced chicken in a deep container.

The meat component needs to be poured with a glass of kefir. Then you need to add one raw egg.

The next ingredient is onion "porridge". This mass can be obtained by mincing one onion.

The resulting combination should be salted, peppered and mixed well.

You will get a mixture to which you need to add flour (4 tbsp) and a little baking powder (half a teaspoon is enough).

After mixing again, you will get a base from which you can easily mold the “washers”.

These preparations must be fried in a frying pan until golden brown on each side.
