Of course, you should not use a sweet drink, but mineral water or plain carbonated water.

After adding the liquid component, the cutlet base must be thoroughly mixed or even beaten.

After completing the procedure, the minced meat should be placed in a plastic bag and left in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Next, you need to put a chopped onion into the base. The resulting mass should be salted. In addition, it makes sense to add your favorite spices.

As a result, you will get a mixture from which you can start to mold cutlets. Then these "washers" will need to be fried.

What kind of cutlets will you get?

Firstly, the soda will help the spices to reveal their flavour better. This means that the cutlets will be very appetising.

Secondly, thanks to the carbonated water, the dish will turn out incredibly tender and juicy.
