How to make vegetable salad?
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers;
- a couple of large tomatoes;
- one medium salad onion (shallot or red);
- greens with green onions;
- salt with aromatic vegetable oil.
Preparation
First, all vegetables need to be washed and dried. You can peel cucumbers to make them even tastier and softer. Some people also peel them for safety reasons.
Cut the vegetables into medium sizes.
If you choose salad onions, you don’t need to marinate them: just chop them into half rings.
Then we put the ingredients in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with salt and season with quality vegetable oil.
