And there is nothing surprising about this: the dish contains liver and mushrooms. Thanks to these ingredients, the dish becomes very appetizing.

Take 200 grams of chicken or beef liver, wash it and chop it.
The pieces should be medium-sized and should be fried in a frying pan.
After 7 minutes of cooking, add a little salt. After another 1-2 minutes, remove the liver from the pan and place it in a separate bowl. Get rid of the resulting liquid: this "water" is not needed in the salad.
The next step is to fry 100 grams of chopped champignons. The process should last 5 minutes.
Next, you should heat-treat the finely chopped onion and grated carrot in a frying pan. After 10 minutes, the vegetable mixture will be ready.
Then you need to boil two eggs. Of course, hard-boiled: the yolk should be firm. The boiled product should be peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces.
The final stage is “combining” all the previously chopped and processed ingredients, adding 150 grams of chopped pickles to the mixture and “dressing” the resulting mass with mayonnaise.
