  • 150 g water;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

To prepare the filling, you need to take:

  • 500 g minced meat;
  • 2 large onions;

All that's left is to add the butter, and you can slowly knead the dough. When it's ready, cover it with cling film and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes. After the specified time, knead the dough again for 2 minutes, after which it should stand for another half hour.

You can use this time to prepare the filling.

You need to finely chop the peeled onion and mix it with the minced meat, then add salt and pepper and pour in the broth and mix again.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, roll them out to form a circle, and place a thin layer of minced meat on one half, then cover with the other half and press the edges well.

Chebureki should be fried in vegetable oil, turning the heat to medium.
