Zucchini
In season, this will be an excellent solution for preparing the juiciest and brightest dumpling mince. Wash the zucchini, peel it and remove the seeds.
Then the vegetable is grated.
Be careful with onions
It is important to remember that the onion must be added correctly. If you are going to cook the dumplings right away, then you need to add the onion. It should also be minced.
But onions are not added to freeze dumplings.
