Why One Spatula Is Not Enough

The shoulder blades differ in shape. Some are straight, and some are curved.

This diversity did not appear without reason. The fact is that the blades are needed for different purposes.

For example, silicone spatulas are convenient for mixing dough. They are not suitable for many other tasks.

A straight wooden spatula is convenient for stirring food cooked in a non-stick frying pan.

But when making scrambled eggs, it is better not to use such a device. In this case, it is better to take a curved spatula.

Wood can be a breeding ground for dangerous microorganisms, so you shouldn't touch raw meat with a wooden spatula. When preparing meat dishes, you should use a spatula made of some other material (for example, plastic).
