Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make tofu syrniki.
You will need:
- tofu - 120 g;
- rice flour - 1 tbsp;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp;
- a pinch of salt;
- sugar syrup - 2 tbsp;
- raisins to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
The process is not much different from making cheesecakes.
1. Rinse the raisins and cover them with hot water.
2. Mash the tofu with a fork, add the ingredients one by one, mixing until smooth.
3. Lastly, add raisins, mix, form cheesecakes with wet hands, bread in flour or semolina and fry in vegetable oil. Enjoy!
