According to the recipe shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , cauliflower cooked in the oven turns out very tasty, and you will be able to cope with the dish with ease.
To prepare this dish, you will need to boil the cauliflower in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Take a small fork weighing up to 600-800 grams.
After the cabbage has cooled, separate it into florets.
Then you need to mix all the ingredients for the breading - 1 tablespoon of starch, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste), about 50 grams of breadcrumbs and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Bread each cauliflower floret and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
You need to turn on the oven in advance to put the cabbage in an oven already preheated to 220 degrees.
Cook cauliflower in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
