But there is one more ingredient that definitely won’t be superfluous.

We are talking about garlic. But not raw. The vegetable must be pre-cooked.

Each head of garlic should be topped and put into the oven or microwave. In the first case, the vegetable should be wrapped in foil, in the second case - in baking paper.

Baking in the oven should take about 40 minutes. When reheating in the microwave, a couple of minutes may be enough.

After processing, the garlic cloves will be very soft. They will easily turn into a mush, which will need to be added to the mashed potatoes.
