Tartlets are a great snack option that will suit any event. At the same time, you can choose a variety of products as a filling.

But the treat will be more delicious and interesting if you prepare julienne in tartlets for the table.

The delicious creamy filling of chicken and mushrooms under a cheese crust will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, shared a simple recipe.

Ingredients

For 10-12 tartlets you need to prepare:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • heavy cream - 100 ml;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook

The onion needs to be chopped and fried in oil.

After a minute, add the fillet pieces to the vegetable.

After another 5-7 minutes, you can add chopped mushrooms to the pan.

The mixture should be kept on the fire until the liquid evaporates.

Afterwards you can add a tablespoon of flour, spices and mix everything.

Lastly, pour in the cream. The mixture needs to be stirred until it thickens.

Then the tartlets should be filled with the filling and sprinkled with cheese on top. After this, the tartlets should be placed in the oven for 5 minutes.

The treat needs to be cooked at 180 degrees.

It is better to serve the appetizer hot.
