In spring, dietary and vitamin-rich dishes simply burst into the diet, which allow you to take control of excess weight and avoid vitamin deficiency.
But this does not mean that seaweed salad should only be prepared in the spring.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare the healthiest salad.
You will need:
- seaweed - 400 g;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- sesame seeds to taste;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- garlic to taste;
- olive.
How to cook
1. Drain excess liquid from the marinated seaweed and place in a salad bowl.
2. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater, mix with the seaweed.
3. Cut the olives (about 20 pieces for this amount of ingredients) into halves.
4. Press the garlic through a press or chop finely with a knife.
5. Dry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Mix all ingredients, add salt and spices to taste and serve.
It wouldn't hurt to season the salad with olive oil.
