Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking process
First, beat the eggs with a mixer. The mass should be homogeneous, and then you can add sugar to it. After this, the preparation should be beaten again.
After this, you need to combine the egg-sugar mixture with sour cream and cottage cheese and mix.
The baking pan should be greased with butter and sprinkled with a little breadcrumbs. Bake the casserole for about 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. The oven should be preheated in advance.
