As the specialist noted, to prepare two servings you should take:
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- curry - 1 tsp;
- ground dried garlic - 1/2 tsp;
- black pepper and salt - to taste;
- flour - 150 g.
The process of making carrot cakes
The carrots need to be peeled, cut into several slices and boiled until soft.
Then it should be ground in a blender until it becomes puree.
After this, you can add spices and flour.
The dough should be soft.
The mass must be divided into several flat cakes, which must be fried in a preheated frying pan with oil.
If you want to make the taste more interesting, it is advisable to add some chopped greens to the dough.
