At the same time, you shouldn't think that the process of preparing such baked goods is complicated. Even a novice in cooking can cope with such a process.

Ingredients
- flour - 370 g;
- sugar - 20-30 g;
- salt - 10-15 g;
- yeast - 20 g;
- milk - 180 ml;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- butter - 130 g;
- greens - to taste.
How to cook pampushki
To begin with, the milk should be warmed up a little.
In a warm drink, you should dissolve the yeast. Separately, you need to mix the flour with salt and sugar.
You also need to add about half of the butter, one whole egg and one yolk to the dry mixture. Mix both masses until a soft dough forms. If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.
The dough should be left at room temperature for an hour.
Then it needs to be divided into 10 parts and formed into balls.
The blanks should "rest" for about 40 minutes, and then they should be greased with a mixture of egg and 30 ml of milk. Bake the treat for half an hour at 180 degrees.
At this time, the remaining oil should be mixed with chopped garlic and herbs. The mixture should be spread on the ready pampushki.
