You will need:
- mackerel - 2 pcs.;
- salt - 2 tbsp;
- black pepper - 1 tsp;
- bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
How to cook
1. The fish needs to be gutted, washed and cut along the spine so that it can be salted better.
2. Next, prepare the pickling mixture. To do this, chop the bay leaf, mix with salt and pepper in a dry container.
3. Now rub the fish with the prepared mixture on all sides, wrap it in cling film or place it in a bag and leave it in the refrigerator.
After 5-6 hours, all that remains is to clean the fish from salt and it can be served.
