You can easily get a tasty and aromatic dish if you use a simple method of cooking fish in the oven.
This option is suitable for trout, hake, pollock and any other fish.

Ingredients
For two servings of fish you need to prepare:
- lemon;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp;
- dill - 1 bunch;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- pepper and salt.
Cooking process
The fish should be cleaned of all unnecessary things, and then salted and peppered inside and out. Chopped greens and lemon wedges should be put inside.
The onion should be cut into rings and placed on a baking tray. On top, place pieces of fish, which should also be lightly sprinkled with lemon juice.
The cheese should be grated and mixed with sour cream. The resulting mass should be placed on the fish.
The treat needs to be baked for about half an hour at 180 degrees. It is advisable to preheat the oven in advance.
