Cooking a PP cake from bananas and oatmeal: a recipe for a delicious dessert

You can prepare a tender and tasty, but at the same time low-calorie cake, even in a frying pan and without special culinary skills.

A simple recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti.

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Cake

As the cook noted, to make a cake for 3-4 servings, you need to take 400 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 300 g of peeled bananas, 100 g of instant oatmeal, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder.

In addition, you should prepare 15 g of cocoa, 3 tsp of coconut oil and 90 ml of skim milk.

First, you should beat the banana pieces with eggs, cocoa, oatmeal and milk using a blender. Then you can add baking powder to the mixture.

The dough should be mixed with a whisk and left for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then the cakes from such a mass should be baked in a well-heated frying pan and under a lid.

First, the dishes must be greased with oil.

The cottage cheese must be blended until smooth.

If you want to make the dessert sweeter, you can add 2 tablespoons of sugar or sugar substitute.

The resulting cream will only need to be spread on the cakes. If desired, the treat can be decorated with chopped dark chocolate, berries or pieces of fruit.
