It often happens that a piece of lard that looks tempting and appetizing presents a real problem.

Expectations raised by the appearance are spoiled in the blink of an eye when the product is consumed, and even more specifically, while chewing.

The reason for this, according to Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti, is the very tough piece of lard you came across.

That is why it is so difficult, and sometimes impossible, to chew.

But don't be discouraged and throw away the product with worldly sorrow in your eyes. There are options for solving the problem.

Method number one: let's make lard from hard lard, for which we will need spices (to taste) and a microwave oven or oven.

Take a hard piece of lard, remove the salt, roll it in pepper (and other spices), and then stuff it with garlic cloves.

Next, pour about half a glass of water into a cup (or other container) and put our piece of lard in there, adding a bay leaf.

Place in the microwave for three minutes, select 700 W power.

Method number two: wash a hard piece of lard, then place it in a saucepan.

Next, fill it with water, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil (it should be boiled moderately, no more than 10 minutes).

Then we cool the piece of lard, blot it with paper napkins and finish the process by sprinkling the piece with spices.

Earlier, the chef explained how to boil eggs so that they don't crack and are easy to peel.
