Curd cheeses in chocolate glaze are a dessert that adults and children like. You don't need to spend a lot of time to prepare them.

Ingredients
For 400 g of 9% cottage cheese you need to take:
- Butter, 50 g,
- Chocolate, 150 g,
- Vegetable oil, 25 g,
- Powdered sugar, 50 g.
Cooking process
The butter should be softened.
It should be mixed with cottage cheese and powdered sugar. It is advisable to beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Then, using wet hands, form the curds into any shape and place them on cling film.
The workpiece needs to be put in the freezer for an hour. During this time, melt the chocolate and mix it with vegetable oil.
Moreover, the chocolate can be any kind: milk, white or dark.
Then you need to pour the chocolate over the curds and put them back in the freezer until they harden.
