You will need:
- water - 2 liters;
- natural honey - 400 g;
- cloves - 5 pcs.;
- cinnamon (stick) - 1 pc.;
- ginger, cardamom, anise, black peppercorns to taste.
How to cook
1. Dissolve honey in a saucepan with water.
2. The homogeneous mass must be heated over low heat, and after it boils, add the prepared spices and herbs.
3. Stir, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then strain and serve.
