You will need:
- cheese - 250 g;
- spinach - 100 g;
- milk - 300 ml;
- butter - 30 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Heat a clean frying pan and melt the butter, then add the flour.
2. Stir well until all lumps are completely dissolved.
3. Now you can pour in the milk (warm) and continue to cook the sauce on low heat until it becomes thick.
4. At this time, clean and dried spinach should be finely chopped and fried in butter for 2-3 minutes.
