Ingredients
- fish fillet - 4 pieces;
- lemon;
- spinach - 150 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- pepper and salt;
- parmesan - 40 g;
- cream cheese - 4 tbsp;
- mozzarella - 80 g.
How to bake fish deliciously
Spinach should be lightly fried in vegetable oil, and then mixed with chopped garlic, a small amount of salt and pepper. Then you need to add cream cheese, as well as hard varieties, which should first be grated on a fine grater.
Each piece of fish should be cut deep to create a pocket. They should be salted and peppered, and then stuffed with lemon slices and a mixture of spinach and cheese.
You can also sprinkle the fillet with lemon juice on top.
The fish must be baked in a well-heated oven at 220 degrees. After 12-15 minutes, the treat can be served.
