Cooking stuffed red fish in the oven: an exquisite and delicious dish

But don't think that you'll have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen to do this.

Belnovosti online publication expert Yulia Arkhipova shared a fairly simple and very tasty recipe for stuffed red fish.

Ingredients

  • fish fillet - 4 pieces;
  • lemon;
  • spinach - 150 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • pepper and salt;
  • parmesan - 40 g;
  • cream cheese - 4 tbsp;
  • mozzarella - 80 g.

How to bake fish deliciously

Spinach should be lightly fried in vegetable oil, and then mixed with chopped garlic, a small amount of salt and pepper. Then you need to add cream cheese, as well as hard varieties, which should first be grated on a fine grater.

Each piece of fish should be cut deep to create a pocket. They should be salted and peppered, and then stuffed with lemon slices and a mixture of spinach and cheese.

You can also sprinkle the fillet with lemon juice on top.

The fish must be baked in a well-heated oven at 220 degrees. After 12-15 minutes, the treat can be served.
