What to Cook for Breakfast: A Recipe for a Hearty and Nutritious Meal – a Boost of Energy

The mistake of many modern city dwellers is that they often have to break their daily routine rather than adhere to it.

You have to sleep less, eat more, and skip breakfast. And in vain, because it is breakfast that gives you energy and allows you to hold out until lunch without a snack.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told us what delicious things to cook for breakfast.

You will need:

  • one banana;
  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • flour - 3 tbsp;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • salt and vanilla to taste.

How to cook

1. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork or in a blender until puree-like.

2. Mix the banana puree with cottage cheese until smooth.

3. When ready, sift flour and sugar into the mixture, add salt and vanilla to taste, and then one raw egg.

4. Stir, if necessary, if the dough is runny, add a little flour, form the cheesecakes and fry in vegetable oil.

Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
