Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet, 300 g,
  • Rice, 150 g,
  • Hard cheese, 120 g,
  • Sour cream, 250 ml,
  • Water, 130 ml,
  • Spices.

How to Make Chicken Rice Casserole

First, chop the fillet and mix with turmeric, salt, paprika and pepper. Leave the preparation for half an hour.

The rice needs to be boiled until half-ready, then mixed with the poultry and sour cream. Then the mixture needs to be put in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Afterwards, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Before serving, you can garnish the dish with fresh chopped herbs.
