At the same time, such a dish can perfectly complement any meal. The cooking process is quite simple.

Ingredients
To prepare 3-4 servings, you should prepare:
- Carrots, 500 g,
- Onion, 1 pc.,
- Eggs, 2 pcs.,
- Hard cheese, 50 g,
- Breadcrumbs, 100 g,
- Salt and ground black pepper,
- Olive oil.
How to cook carrot cutlets
Vegetables need to be washed, peeled and cut into small pieces, and then chopped in a blender.
Then you need to add grated cheese and all the other ingredients to the mixture.
It wouldn’t hurt to pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the mixture.
Afterwards, you need to form the cutlets and place them on a baking sheet, and then sprinkle with another 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
The dish should be baked for no more than 15 minutes on each side at 200 degrees. The cutlets will be more appetizing if you decorate them with chopped herbs before serving.
