You will need:

  • smoked ribs – 700 g;
  • broth – 2 l;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • potatoes – 500 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • spices to taste.

How to cook

1. Dried peas should be soaked overnight in cold water.

2. Bring the broth to a boil, drain the water from the peas and add to the broth, then bring to a boil.

3. The smoked ribs need to be divided into pieces and added to the pan, then cooked for 1 hour under the lid.

4. At this time, you need to peel the vegetables, thinly slice the carrots, and cut the potatoes into cubes.
