First, you need to dissolve one teaspoon of salt in hot water. It is best to use boiling water.
Then you need to dip the peppers you plan to cook into this solution.
First, you need to remove the seeds and stalks.
Leave the peppers in boiling salted water for five minutes (or longer).
After this, the peppers will become softer and more flexible. They will lose their bitterness and will be easier to work with. They will not crack or break.
If you leave the peppers in hot water for ten minutes, you can easily remove the outer transparent skin. In this case, they will be even more tender.
