How to cook classic cutlets
List of necessary products
- 600-700 grams of minced meat (at your discretion);
- three hundred grams of white bread or loaf;
- two onions (medium size);
- half a glass of crackers;
- salt and spices.
Method of preparation
As you may have noticed, there really is nothing extra in the list of ingredients, which will allow you to make real cutlets.
First, remove the crusts from the bread or loaf and leave them in a bowl of water for a while.
Meanwhile, add minced onion to the mince. In this case, the cutlets will be more flavorful and juicy. Grind the bread and add to the main mass, mix.
Salt and season the preparation. There are no eggs in this recipe: the cutlets will not fall apart anyway. Afterwards, mix the mince thoroughly and beat it.
After that, you can safely start frying until fully cooked.
