To prepare you will need:
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sugar - 50 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- milk - 0.5 l;
- starch - 20 g;
- flour - 300 g;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- boiling water - 200 ml.
How to cook
1. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl and add sugar and salt, pour in the milk and mix everything with a whisk or mixer.
2. Mix flour with starch and add to the future dough, stir.
3. Pour boiling water into the finished dough and leave the dough to stand for 20-25 minutes.
Bake pancakes in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil as usual. The pancakes will turn out perfectly thin.
