- a glass of red or yellow lentils;
- one carrot and one onion;
- one tomato;
- a spoon of tomato paste;
- four glasses of water;

Method of preparation
First, you will need to treat the lentils as you would any other legume - inspect them, sort them if necessary, and wash them thoroughly.
