- salt and sugar;

How to cook cabbage pancakes
First, you should take care of the vegetables.
They need to be chopped finely.
It is advisable to mix the cabbage with a small amount of salt and mash it slightly.
Then all ingredients must be combined into one mass.
The dough should be thick, but definitely not runny. If necessary, increase the amount of flour.
If desired, you can add a little sugar (up to two spoons) to make the taste of the dish more interesting.
