- bananas - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 150 g;
- milk - 1 cup;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
The process of making banana pancakes
Eggs and milk should be at room temperature. These products should be beaten with a whisk with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Bananas need to be mashed with a fork and added to the mass. Then you need to mix in the sifted flour.
If desired, you can use a blender or mixer.
The finished dough should be homogeneous. It should be left to stand for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
After this, you can move on to baking pancakes in a preheated frying pan.
