What ingredients are needed
- butter - 3 tbsp;
- sugar - 3-4 tbsp;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp;
- dark chocolate - 90 g;
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
How to make soufflé
The baking tins should be greased with a little butter and sprinkled with sugar.
Then the molds need to be placed in the refrigerator.
After this, you can proceed to the next stage. To do this, you need to separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the yolks with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
The chocolate and butter must be melted in a water bath.
It needs to be allowed to cool and after 2-3 minutes you can stir in the yolk mixture.
It is better to beat the whites with a mixer. At the same time, you need to add lemon juice and sugar.
As soon as hard peaks appear, all the masses can be combined. Then they need to be put into molds and left for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bake the soufflé for about 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees. The oven should be preheated.
Before serving, it is advisable to decorate the soufflé with whipped cream and fresh berries.
