Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, reminded us of a simple recipe for cottage cheese casserole.
You will need:
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sugar - 100 g;
- semolina - 50 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- vanillin to taste;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Grease the baking dish with oil and start mixing the curd mass.
3. To do this, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla with cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
4. Mix until smooth and add semolina and a pinch of salt.
5. Mix, pour the dough into the pan, spread the butter evenly over the surface and put the casserole in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
