According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , this dish is very tasty and healthy.
Let's start with the ingredients. You will need:
- 250 ml kefir;
- 2 tablespoons semolina;
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
To make the semolina porridge smooth and without lumps, mix the sugar and semolina in a separate bowl.
Then add the dry ingredients to the heated kefir and do not forget to constantly stir the porridge while cooking.
For this, you can use a spoon or a hand whisk, and the second option is more convenient and reliable, as it allows you to actively stir the porridge and prevents the appearance of lumps.
