First, break the egg into a cup or other microwave-safe container.
Then you need to pour a small amount of water on top, after which you need to cover the cup with a saucer.
Place the cup in the microwave and turn it on high. It usually takes about a minute to cook an egg this way.
Once the microwave has signaled that the process is complete, carefully remove the cup and take off the saucer. The egg is now ready to eat.
