Salads with meat are high in calories, filling, and they look great on a holiday table.
Usually in such cases Olivier salad comes to mind. But there are appetizers no less delicious.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told what other salad can be prepared with meat.
You will need:
- chicken fillet or thigh - 300 g;
- marinated mushrooms - 350 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onion - 1-2 pcs.;
- mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
How to cook
1. Boil the chicken, eggs and carrots separately. It is better to leave the chicken to cool in the broth it was boiled in.
2. Take the meat apart, cut into small pieces, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
3. Peel and chop the carrots, just like the other ingredients.
4. Do the same with mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers.
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes and serve.
