So, factory dumplings can be baked. And if you do it right, then instead of a standard and boring dish you will get a restaurant-quality lunch.
Baked dumplings recipe
The dish will turn out incredibly appetizing thanks to additional ingredients.
First of all, we are talking about the sauce, which will make the dish very tender and satisfying. To prepare it, just add your favorite spices to 150 grams of fat sour cream.
You should also chop two onions. The resulting mass should be stewed in a frying pan in a small amount of water.
The procedure should last several minutes. The sign of readiness is the appearance of transparency in the vegetable mass. There is no need to make the onion golden.
The next stage is "assembling" the future dish in a baking dish. In a dish, the inner surface of which is covered with a small amount of sunflower oil, you need to evenly distribute 300 grams of frozen dumplings.
The product should be covered with heated onions and sour cream sauce.
The resulting structure should be sprinkled with 100 grams of grated cheese. The form should be placed in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for at least 40 minutes.
